Who we are

LeadX is an AI-powered lead generation and outreach platform available at https://leadx.dev. It is operated by an independent developer. Inquiries can be directed to support@leadx.dev.

What LeadX does

LeadX connects to Google Maps, the Anthropic Claude API, and Twilio to automatically find local business leads, generate custom websites for those leads, and send personalised SMS pitches on your behalf. You retain full responsibility for how you use the outreach features and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

License

Upon purchase, LeadX grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for your own commercial or personal purposes. This licence is limited to the account you create and may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LeadX to send unsolicited messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or any other applicable regulation
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models
• Resell, white-label, or redistribute LeadX or its outputs without written permission
• Use the platform to target minors, impersonate others, or engage in fraud
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the API integrations, or degrade service for other users
• Use LeadX for any illegal purpose under applicable law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Third-party services

LeadX relies on third-party APIs including Anthropic (Claude), Google Maps, and Twilio. You are responsible for obtaining your own API keys and for any costs incurred through those services. LeadX does not control and is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or terms of those third-party providers.

Updates and support

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of LeadX at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email. There are no guaranteed response times.

Warranty disclaimer

LeadX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Lead quality, site generation results, and outreach response rates are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadX and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for LeadX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadX and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product (immediate platform access upon payment), we do not offer refunds after purchase. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at support@leadx.dev within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of LeadX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
